Reporting to the Sales Manager the main mission of
the candidate will be to promote a full range of company
products on a global scale through the company network
and distributors:
- Implement and development a business plan with the
sales manager.
- Develop and maintain professional business
relationships with distributors in the respective
countries.
- Analyze the market and ensure the tracking of
potential customers.
- Identify business opportunities and create necessary
tools to develop them.
- Coordinate comercial actions and business strategy
with marketing and technical departments.
- Actively participate in international fairs and events
- Achieve the assigned sales objectives, both
quantitatively and qualitatively.

Mujer)
We´re looking for a candidate with Business or Life
Sciences Degree (MBA will be a plus) with the following
experience :
- Sales experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
- Experience in management of world distribution network
with demonstrated sales growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product plans to
motivate distributor and sales representatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication,
and problem solving skills required. Strong negotiator.
Fluency in English. Other european languages will be a
plus.
